By accessing or using NewHomeCentre.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

NewHomeCentre.com is operated by Jay Paramanathan, Broker, with RE/MAX EXPERTS, Brokerage. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to NewHomeCentre.com and its operator.

The Site provides information about pre-construction projects, resale and rental listings, and related real estate services. It is offered for your personal, non-commercial use and for general information only. You must be at least 18 years old to register or submit an inquiry.

Browsing the Site, registering, or submitting an inquiry does not create a client or representation relationship with us or with RE/MAX EXPERTS. A representation relationship exists only once a written agreement has been signed. Nothing on the Site is intended to solicit buyers, sellers, landlords or tenants who are currently under contract with another brokerage.

Prices, incentives, deposit structures, floor plans, specifications, features, availability and occupancy dates are set by the builder or developer and may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice. Renderings, images and maps are artist's concepts and may not reflect the finished product. Sizes and dimensions are approximate. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell; a purchase can only be made through the builder's agreement of purchase and sale. E. & O.E.

Resale and rental listing information comes from third-party sources, including real estate board MLS® systems. It is believed to be reliable but is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete, and listings may be changed, sold, leased or withdrawn without notice. Listing data is provided for consumers' personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than identifying properties you may be interested in buying or leasing.

REALTOR®, REALTORS® and the REALTOR® logo are trademarks controlled by The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and identify real estate professionals who are members of CREA. MLS®, Multiple Listing Service® and the associated logos are trademarks owned by CREA and identify the quality of services provided by real estate professionals who are members of CREA.

We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of any listing, price, project detail or other content. Always verify important information directly with the builder, developer, listing brokerage or original source documents before relying on it.

Mortgage and affordability calculators, home value estimates, market statistics and similar tools produce estimates for illustration only. They are not appraisals, mortgage approvals or financial projections, and actual figures may differ.

Content on the Site is not legal, tax, financial, mortgage or investment advice. Real estate decisions should be made with the guidance of qualified professionals who know your circumstances.

The Site may offer an AI assistant. AI-generated responses can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect and are provided for general information only. Before relying on a response, confirm important details, including prices, availability, incentives, dates, and any legal, financial, tax, mortgage or contractual information, with us, the builder, the appropriate professional or the original source documents. You can ask to speak with a person at any time.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login details secure, and to tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms.

When you register or submit an inquiry, we may contact you by phone, email or text message about your request. We send marketing messages only where you have consented or where the law otherwise permits, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or submit false or misleading information;
• copy, scrape, harvest or republish listings or other content, whether manually or by automated means;
• use the Site or its data for commercial purposes without our written permission;
• interfere with the Site's operation or security, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.

Content on the Site, including text, images, logos, design and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Builder names, project names, logos and renderings belong to their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from Site content without written permission.

The Site may link to or display content from third parties, such as builders, lenders and map providers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, content, products or services.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or from reliance on its content.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of Ontario.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site.
