About Founders Walk

Founders Walk is the newest addition to Upper Stouffville, the master-planned community on Bethesda Side Road between Highway 48 and Ninth Line. It brings together two established Stouffville builders, Fairgate Homes and OPUS Homes.

The first release offers five freehold collections: three styles of townhome and detached homes on 36' and 40' lots. Parks, open spaces, natural lands and a planned elementary school are part of the wider community plan.

The setting is small-town Stouffville with everyday convenience close by: historic Main Street, SmartCentres Stouffville, two GO stations on the Stouffville line, and more than 20 parks and conservation areas, trails and local golf courses.

The builders

Founders Walk is a joint community by two GTA home builders.

Fairgate Homes

A family-operated GTA home builder whose founder, Frank Mauro, began in the homebuilding industry in 1964. Fairgate builds in York and Durham regions, from townhomes to custom estate homes, with Stouffville communities that include Upper Stouffville and William Street.

OPUS Homes

Traditional townhomes start from the mid $700s, rear-lane towns from the high $700s and dual-frontage towns from the mid $800s. Detached homes start in the high $1M's. These are the builder's starting-price bands; exact prices and lot premiums are on the price list you receive after registering.
What is the deposit?
$90,000 in total on townhomes and $140,000 on detached homes, each paid in 6 instalments over 210 days from your offer. The first townhome payment is $20,000.
Are there any incentives right now?
The October VIP offers include $10,000 in decor dollars on townhomes ($20,000 on detached), a 5-piece appliance package and a one-time assignment promotion, subject to the builder's terms. Offers can change without notice.
